Established in 1993 in Payson, Time Out offers a safe environment to victims of domestic violence in Gila County, and multi-faceted assistance to help traumatized individuals and families stabilize their lives. The agency’s mission is “to offer provision of a safe environment to adult female victims of domestic violence and their children in time of crisis, and to give the victim a “time-out” period in which to decide what choices she must make and to take necessary steps to stabilize her environment and that of her family.
